Where's the Lubricant ?
The seal kit is easy to install, and it seals well - - for now. But the seal that had worked well for almost seven years had clearly been lubricated with a black graphite (I suppose) grease. The seal kit does not include a lubricant, and now the spout is "stiff" to swing from one side of the sink to the other, and I wonder how long the new seal will last if it doesn't move smoothly. Hello American Standard, The kit needs a dab of lubricant in it.

very good
It was the main parts cause leak. After replacing it, no leaking again. To vertically pull out the spout is difficult, but put it back is relatively easy after appling the plumbing grease.
Seal Kit
They were easy to install and stopped the small leak I had in my old American/Standard spout. What more can can be said for such a product?
