Costs a lot, but it you need it, you need it!
Grohe has been on my annual budget since I installed a GroMix temperature controlled shower valve, 20 years ago. The original had brass screws, the new one has Stainless Steel, I think.
The Nylon that holds the threaded inserts that the screws go into had cracked on the one I had, I jerry rigged it to keep it working for another year, glad I found this part while purchasing new H/C valve assemblies!
