good price- decent product

Product is decent quality. Installation wasn't too difficult. Product arrived in two days.
Major issue which resulted in one star deduction; I ordered rubbed bronze hinges. It was easy to tell they were just painted chrome. Needless to say, you can't paint on chrome; consequently, the paint rubs off on your fingers!!! Seriously, you do not even have to use a finger nail, just your skin is enough to take the paint off, especially the screws. Pretty easy to fix, I used a little steel wool, primer, and paint and the hinges look perfect now. The fix cost me less than 10 dollars. Eventually, I plan to send ark painting instructions.
If you don't want to deal with this, then I would stay away from Ark unless you want chrome.
