I used toggle bolts thru the tile and wall in my shower. It is strong. I weigh over 300 and would not necessarily put my entire weight on it or pull heavily on it (never tried) but it certainly is strong enough for good balance. I would never use plastic anchors and screws for this installation. I might not even use mollies. Toggles are strong.
