Not as expected
When ordering this diverter, I expected it to be made of some kind of metal. I was not expecting it to be made of plastic. In addition, when connecting up the shower head and hose, both fittings leaked. Even when using thread tape as directed. I was concerned about over-tightening. I did not want to break the diverter. The description did not indicate what the product was made of. Next time I will look closer before making a purchase.

Diverter ?
this diverter only works in part. I can either have showerhead or showerhead ane handheld working,but never just the handheld.
Nice product
This product arrived on time and was very well packaged. The plumber who installed this said it is a good quality product. The diverter is a very nice brushed nickel color. The knob can be hard to pull out, so be cautious not to mount it too high. Also, if you have arthritis or other hand joint issues, you may difficulty pulling the knob out to switch devices.
