Outstanding Sales Support
The first unit we received was missing a connector which rendered the overhead shower unuseable. I contacted the seller to advise them of the issue, and within 30 minutes they replied WITH photos of what the item was suppose to look like. While it was just an oversight, they corrected the issue immediately by mailing the item that was missing.
The shower panel itself if gorgeous and arrived within the week (which was way sooner than the anticipated delivery).
The installation instructions weren't the best, so if you are a first time Do-It-Yourselfer...this may not be the project for you...but if you are handy and rarely use instructions...then it was very easy! The lengths for the wall brackets were not correct on the directions - they measured a little closer together than what was noted on the directions. BE SURE TO MEASURE and not trust the installation drawing!

Blue Ocean 52" Stainless Steel SPV878392H
We just received our Blue Ocean Shower Panel from Trade Station. It came in a week early, which was a nice surprise and it was nicely packaged.
It is very beautiful. I wasn't sure about the blue color, but it is awesome in person. It is very well constructed, solid and well thought out. It's well worth every penny and more.
I researched hundreds of shower towers and chose this one because of the simple install. All the plumbing is included, and you just attach your hot and cold water lines to it.
I would highly recommend this company and this product to anyone. Of course, a huge thank you to AMAZON!! I have been able to do a complete bathroom remodel for under $3,000 with their help.

Just received the order and it did arrive earlier then estimated- well packaged and My wife loves it!! That makes things so much easier- and I must say i agree. AS for the instructions, well there isnt alot but it is so simple you can wing it easily. I have not experienced the shower part yet still remodeling but I think it will be just what it says. Just to let you know my wife is a spend thrifty person and looked at many sites and many products and landed on this one, for the value and for the design. Hope this helps anyone who is looking for a high class product with a moderate price.
