My plumbing freezed and roughin started leaking.
Well, I called Grohe and ask them for help after my plumbing was frozen in the January Chicago storm. The tech told me by replacing this along with the cartridge should fixed the problem. No such luck after both parts installed the rough-in is still leaking. Now I have to order the new rough-in and replace everything else.
